KnowBe4 (NASDAQ:KNBE) has priced an upsized public offering of 8M shares (from 7M shares) of its common stock by selling stockholders at $25.75 per share. Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2M shares. The offering is expected to close on Nov. 15.
