KNRLF - Kontrol Technologies announces NCIB to buy back stock through NEO Exchange

• Kontrol Technologies ( OTCQB:KNRLF ) on Wednesday announced a normal course issuer bid program to buy back shares through the NEO Exchange.
• KNRLF may purchase - over 12 months starting Aug. 8 and ending Aug. 7, 2023 - up to 2.4M shares (or ~5% of KNRLF's 48.6M issued and outstanding shares as at Jul. 29).
• KNRLF may only purchase up to ~20.6K shares on any given day and may purchase a greater number of shares in a block trade once per week.
• The shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled.
• Under its prior NCIB, KNRLF purchased 82.6K shares as of Jul. 24 at a weighted average price of $1.27 apiece.
