KRNT - Kornit Digital dips on offering of 2.2M ordinary shares

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ:KRNT) has launched an underwritten public offering of 2,205,701 ordinary shares, 1.5M of which are being offered by the company and 705,701 are being offered by an affiliate of Amazon.com. Underwriters may be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 330,855 ordinary shares. Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund future potential acquisitions, including complementary businesses, technologies or assets, and for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures. Kornit will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares being offered by the Amazon affiliate. KRNT -1.70% AH
