KRNT - Kornit Digital prices upsized 2.4M-share offering at $151

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ:KRNT) has priced its upsized public offering of ~2.6M ordinary shares at $151.00/share (from 2.2M), including 1,94M shares offered by the company and ~700K by an affiliate of Amazon.com. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional ~400K shares. Proceeds from the offering will be used for future potential acquisitions of complementary businesses, technologies or assets, for general corporate purposes, and working capital. Closing date is November 23, 2021. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares offered by an affiliate of Amazon.
