KOS - Kosmos Energy completes RBL credit facility re-determination

Kosmos Energy ([[KOS]] +1.4%) announces it has completed the re-determination of its reserve based lending credit facility (“RBL”).Company’s lending syndicate approved a borrowing base capacity of $1.32B, a reduction of $130M, primarily the result of lower oil price assumptions. Repayment of the reduction in borrowing base will be made from available liquidity in Q4.The RBL is secured against Kosmos production assets in Ghana and Equatorial Guinea with the first amortization payment scheduled for March 2022.Company now has ~$0.5B of available liquidity as of October 1, 2020.
