KHC - Kraft Heinz offloads Russian baby food business

Kraft Heinz ( NASDAQ: KHC ) has agreed to sell its baby food business in Russia to Baikal soft drink manufacturer Chernogolovka, according to Reuters.
According to the outlet, the deal includes the sale of two brands and two factories responsible for the manufacture of these brands. The sale is estimated to fetch between $32.4M and $38.9M if approved.
Chernogolovka also purchased Kellogg’s Russian operations in late 2022.
