KRA - Kraton prices senior notes private offering; conditional full redemption of senior notes

Kraton (KRA) -1.1% AH, priced its earlier announced senior notes private offering of $400M at par with maturity on Dec.15, 2020.Interest will be paid semiannually at an annual rate of 4.250%.Offering expected to close on Dec.21, 2020.Separately, issuers have delivered a conditional notice of redemption to redeem the outstanding 7.0% senior notes on Jan. 6, 2021 at a redemption price equal to 105.250% of the principal amount of the 7.0% senior notes redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
