KRA - Kraton readies senior notes private offering; expects conditional senior notes due 2025 full redemption

Kraton's (KRA) wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kraton Polymers and Kraton Polymers Capital, seeks to offer $400M in principal amount of senior notes due 2025.Issuers intend to use the proceeds, along with cash on hand or borrowings under the asset-based revolving loan facility, for redeeming all of their outstanding 7.000% senior notes due 2025.Also, issuers intend to issue a conditional notice of redemption to redeem the outstanding 7.0% senior notes; redemption will be conditional on successful completion of the new notes offering.
