KURA - Kura Oncology announces pricing of public offering

Kura Oncology (KURA) +2.9% pre-market after it announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering of 8.11M shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $37/share.The gross proceeds, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Kura, are expected to be ~$300M.Underwriters granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,216,500 shares of common stock.Closing date on or about December 11, 2020.Previously: Kura commences public offering (Dec. 7)
