KURA - Kura Oncology CFO Marc Grasso to step down

Kura Oncology (NASDAQ:KURA) said Marc Grasso will step down as CFO and chief business officer, effective Feb. 4. KURA has expanded its leadership team with 3 promotions: Mollie Leoni to senior VP, clinical development; Pete De Spain to senior VP, investor relations and corporate communications; and Tom Doyle to senior VP, finance and accounting. Doyle will also assume the role of principal accounting officer from Grasso, who will serve in an advisory capacity during the transition.
