KURA - Kura Oncology plans for $100M stock and warrants offering

Kura Oncology ( NASDAQ: KURA ) plans to issue and sell $100 million worth of common stock or pre-funded warrants to purchase its common stock in a public offering, the company said Tuesday.
Underwriters of the offering have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 15% of the securities that are being offered.
All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by the company.
