LH - Labcorp to acquire Tufts Medicine's outreach lab business

Labcorp ( NYSE: LH ) announced an agreement with Tufts Medicine for Labcorp to acquire the Tufts Medicine outreach laboratory business and select operating assets.
The transaction allowed Labcorp to expand patient specimen collection access in locations and communities where Tufts Medicine operates.
The outreach acquisition is expected to be finalized in October 2023.
Additional terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
