LMRK - Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP holders approve sale to Landmark Dividend

The holders of a majority of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (NASDAQ:LMRK) common units held by unaffiliated holders voted to approve the acquisition of the partnership by the partnership's sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC. In August, Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP, the general partner of the LMRK; Landmark Dividend; and Landmark LP reached an agreement for Landmark Dividend to acquire the partnership (LMRK) for $16.50 in cash per common unit. The transaction is expected to close by year-end 2021. Previously (Aug. 23), Landmark Infrastructure agrees to acquisition by its sponsor.
