LTRX - Lantronix CEO Paul Pickle to resign pursue top boss opportunity at Semtech

  • Lantronix ( NASDAQ: LTRX ) on Tuesday said its top boss Paul Pickle would resign to pursue another opportunity as CEO of Semtech ( SMTC ).
  • Pickle's resignation will be effective between June 8 and June 29, at which time LTRX CFO Jeremy Whitaker will take over on an interim basis if a new CEO has not been appointed.
  • Pickle became LTRX's CEO in 2019.
  • Under Pickle's leadership, LTRX grew from about $47M in annual net revenue as of the end of fiscal 2019 to an expected revenue in a range of $175M to $185M for fiscal 2024, the company said in a statement .
