ROUGEMONT, QC , Feb. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Lassonde Industries Inc. (TSX: LAS.A) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that, in accordance with its dividend policy, holders of Class A Subordinate Voting Shares and Class B Multiple Voting Shares registered at the close of business on February 24, 2025 , will receive a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, payable on March 14, 2025 . This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes.
