LAUR - Laureate Education expands share repurchase program by $50M

Laureate Education Inc.
Laureate Education (NASDAQ:LAUR) has expanded its share repurchase authorization by $50M to $650M aggregate. The company has repurchased ~$530M of shares under the authorization to-date. The additional $50M of repurchases will be funded using cash on-hand or from its revolving credit facility, or a combination thereof. Laureate also expects to complete the repurchase program by the end of 2022, dependent on market conditions.
