LAUR - Laureate Education expands share repurchase program by $100M

Laureate Education (NASDAQ:LAUR) board approved an increase in the company's existing share repurchase program, from $500M to $600M. Under the authorization till date, the company has repurchased ~$435M of shares. The additional $100M is expected to be financed using cash on-hand or from its revolving credit facility, or a combination thereof. It forecasts to complete the repurchase program in 1H22, based on market conditions.
