Laureate Education (LAUR) starts a tender offer to repurchase up to $300M principal amount of its 8.250% senior notes due 2025.The offering is pursuant to the indenture on the notes as a result of the company's sale of its operations in Chile and Malaysia. Cash proceeds from asset sales will be used to source the purchase. The tender offer will expire at 11:59 PM ET on Nov. 10, 2020.See LAUR's current portion of long-term debt in the past 11 quarters (most recent is Q2 2020):
