For Q3, Lazyday Holdings (LAZY) +3.8% PM, provided preliminary revenue of $216M (+36% Y/Y) and net income of $11M.Q3 adj. EBITDA of $19M (+261% Y/Y) ahead of $14.9M estimated in the last quarter.RV unit sales increased 36% to 2,632 units; current OEM shipments are approximately equal to customer demand and inventory levels remain flat.Q3 ended with cash balance of $82M.Phoenix, Elkhart and Nashville dealerships along with an intention to acquire Camp-Land RV should provide strong new growth in 2021."YTD we believe we have outpaced industry market growth and are gaining significant market share. Through 9M20, the company has experienced total unit sales growth of 34%, new unit sales growth of 29% and used unit sales growth of 40%.
