LEE - Lee Enterprise receives Nasdaq notice for delay in quarterly report filing

• Lee Enterprises ( NASDAQ: LEE ) has received a letter from Nasdaq as a result of continued delay in filing its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 25, 2022 and the company did not file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 25, 2022.
• The company must submit a plan to Nasdaq within 60 days on how it intends to regain compliance.
• On December 12, 2022, the company said it required additional time for 10-K filing for period ended September 25, 2022 and on February 6, 2023, the company disclosed that it required additional time to file the 2023 Q1 Form 10-Q.
