Legacy Housing (NASDAQ:LEGH) has announced that Duncan Bates, a member of the Co.’s Board of Directors and Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions of Arcosa, has been appointed President and CEO, effective June 7, 2022. Mr. Bates replaces Kenny Shipley, who, as part of the management reorganization, will remain with Legacy as Founder and Executive Vice President.
