LEGH - Legacy Housing to file delayed SEC filings by Sept issues guidance for H1 2022
- Legacy Housing ( NASDAQ: LEGH ) said Tuesday as part of its plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules, it expects to file its Form 10-Q1 and Form 10-Q2 by late Sept.
- LEGH filed Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31 on Aug. 3.
- LEGH's audit committee dismissed Weaver and Tidwell on Aug. 5, and appointed Daszkal Bolton as its new independent registered public accounting firm.
- LEGH expects revenue of $120M-$122M and income before taxes of $37M-$39M for the six months ended June 30.
- "Despite the accounting distractions, LEGH continues to perform well in a challenging commodity and labor market environment," said executive chairman Curt Hodgson.
