BALTIMORE, Oct. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.34 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2018.
