LMAT - LeMaitre Vascular in deal to distribute Aziyo cardiovascular patches

- LeMaitre Vascular ( NASDAQ: LMAT ) will become the exclusive distributor of Aziyo Biologics' ( NASDAQ: AZYO ) cardiovascular patches in the US.
- LeMaitre ( LMAT ) will distribute the patches for three years. It also has an option to acquire Aziyo's ( AZYO ) worldwide CV patch business during the second and third years.
- The patches are sold under the names ProxiCor, VasCure, and Tyke. They are designed to decrease inflammation and stimulate the formation of healthy tissue.
- Aziyo ( AZYO ) had 2022 sales of the patches of $6.8M in the US.
