TREE - LendingTree repurchases $190M of 2025 convertible senior notes

LendingTree ( NASDAQ: TREE ) announced on Monday the repurchase of a portion of its outstanding 0.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2025.
The company paid ~$156.4M in cash to repurchase ~$190M of the notes.
In connection with the repurchase, LendingTree ( TREE ) expects to terminate a corresponding portion of the existing convertible note hedge and warrant transactions that it entered when the notes were issued in July 2020.
