L Brands (LB) founder Les Wexner sold about 3.05M shares out of trusts on March 22, according to SEC filings. The shares were sold at a price of $58.31. Wexner still holds more than 10% of L Brands through various family trusts. L Brands is up 0.02% premarket to $57.30. Wexner is leaving the L Brand board after becoming embroiled in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
