Lexaria Bioscience (LXRP) plans to bring into effect a reverse stock split of its common stock on Jan. 11, 2021.Reverse split will be conducted on a 1-for-30 basis leading to current issued share capital of 90.04M shares being consolidated into 3.00M shares.All the issued convertible securities will also be subject to the reverse split.Post the reverse split, the stock will be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol 'LEXX'.
