LGIH - LGI Homes closes out 2020 with record number of home closings

LGI Homes (LGIH) closed on 1,630 homes in December 2020, its best month ever, representing Y/Y growth of 55%.That capped off a record year with 9,339 home closings in 2020, surpassing its previous annual record of 7,690 home closings by 21%.The company expects 2021 home closings of 9,200-9,800 and expects to have 112-120 active communities at the end of the year.LGIH had 116 active selling communities at the end of December 2020."
