LGIH - LGI Homes reports 24% Q/Q fall in home closings for Q3

  • Homebuilder LGI Homes ( NASDAQ: LGIH ) on Wednesday said it had closed 574 homes in Sept., compared to 504 homes closed in Aug.
  • For Q3 2022, LGIH said it closed 1,547 homes, down 23.7% from the 2,027 homes closed in Q2.
  • The company said as of Sept. 30, it had 93 active selling communities, unchanged from Aug.
  • LGIH stock earlier closed -3% at $87.83.
