LGIH - LGI Homes reports 5.7% Q/Q fall in home closings for Q1 2023

  • Homebuilder LGI Homes ( NASDAQ: LGIH ) on Wednesday said it had closed 529 homes in March, compared to 506 homes closed in Feb.
  • For Q1 2023, LGIH said it closed 1,366 homes, down 5.7% from the 1,448 homes closed in Q4 2022.
  • The company said as of March 31, it had 99 active selling communities, up by two from Feb.
  • LGIH stock earlier closed -0.7% at $110.67.
