LDDFF - Liberty Defense to raise C$3M through private placement

• Liberty Defense Holdings ( TSXV: SCAN:CA ) ( OTCQB:LDDFF ) said Wednesday it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 15 million units at C$0.20 per unit.
• Total gross proceeds from the offering is expected to be C$3 million.
• The company may also choose to increase the size of the offering in accordance with policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
• Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.
• Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire, on payment of C$0.30 to the company, one common share of the company.
• The company said net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate, working capital purposes, and will be used to fund manufacturing of units slated for delivery to customers in July 2023.
