LBTYA - Liberty Global and Digital Colony to form JV to develop edge data centers in Europe
Liberty Global (LBTYA) and Digital Colony, a subsidiary of Colony Capital (CLNY) to establish a joint venture 'AtlasEdge Data Centres', a European Edge data center business. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2021, subject to approvals. Liberty Global will provide digital infrastructure assets, operational support and Digital Colony will provide operating expertise, strategic direction, capital to the business.
