SNMMF - Liberty Global: On Sale

Why is Liberty (LBTYK, LBTYA) on sale?
There are at least seven reasons I can think of why Liberty Global is on sale:
- Liberty selling part of its business to Vodafone (VOD) has made investors think John Malone is souring on European cable
- Investors are worried the sale won't go through
- The European telecom market is fiercely competitive
- Liberty, like all Malone companies, is complex and hard to analyze
- Brexit worries are impacting Liberty
- Liberty carries high debt levels
