LICT Corporation (OTC Pink: LICT) is announcing that it has begun a search for a Chief Executive Officer. The search will focus on an individual who will accelerate LICT’s broadband operations. Mr. Gabelli, who reassumed the CEO position in 2010, will continue to serve in the role of Executive Chairman.

As part of its presentation on operating results, the Company will announce that it is raising its guidance for 2018’s Revenues and EBITDA from operations, including affiliates, from $109 million and $49 million, respectively, to $110 million and $50 million, respectively.
