Light & Wonder ( NASDAQ: LNW ) has amended its definitive purchase agreement relating to the sale of sports betting business, OpenBet, with Endeavor Operating Company and Endeavor Group Holdings ( NYSE: EDR ).
Light & Wonder will now receive $750M in cash and $50M in class A common stock of Endeavor Group Holdings.
Also, the transaction is now anticipated to close by Q3-end, subject to the remaining applicable regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
