  • Light & Wonder ( NASDAQ: LNW ) said Wednesday that its unit Light and Wonder International has priced $550 million of 7.500% senior unsecured notes due 2031 at an issue price of 100.000%.
  • The unit intends to use the net proceeds of the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all $550 million of its outstanding 8.625% senior unsecured notes due 2025 and related fees and interest.
  • The notes will be guaranteed on a senior basis by Light & Wonder and certain of its subsidiaries and will not be secured.
