  • Light & Wonder ( NASDAQ: LNW ) plans on offering $550 million in senior unsecured notes due 2031 in a private offering through its unit, Light and Wonder International, the company said Wednesday.

  • The net proceeds of the notes offering will be used to redeem all $550.0 million of the unit's outstanding 8.625% senior unsecured notes due 2025 and pay accrued and unpaid interest, among other things.

  • The notes will be guaranteed on a senior basis by Light & Wonder and certain of its subsidiaries, and the notes will not be secured.
