LILM - Lilium signs two eVTOL purchase deals

• Lilium ( NASDAQ: LILM ) shares popped around 5% Tuesday morning after the transportation company announced two eVTOL purchase agreements.
• ASL Group, a business jet operator in the Benelux region, signed an agreement to purchase an initial six Lilium eVTOL (all-electric vertical take-off and landing) jets. The companies also intend to establish a eVTOL network across Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Western Germany.
• Furthermore, Lilium ( LILM ) entered into an agreement with AAP Aviation Group to develop an eVTOL network in Scandinavia. Pursuant to the deal, AAP Aviation plans to buy 40 Lilium jets and work together to identify and develop landing sites in the Scandinavian countries, starting with Norway.
• The proposed arrangements are subject to the parties finalizing commercial terms and entering into definitive agreements with respect thereto, and the satisfaction of certain conditions.
• Yesterday, Lilium and Bristow sign MoU on electric air mobility.
• "Lilium is in a good position to capitalize on several competitive moats if they make it to market, " wrote SA contributor Ben Car in a recent bullish analysis on the stock .
