Limbach Holdings ( NASDAQ: LMB ) appointed Executive Vice President and COO Michael McCann CEO, effective Mar. 29.
McCann takes over from Charlie Bacon, who will continue to serve as a board member until the company's 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. He will retire from the board during the meeting.
