In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and for the safety of stockholders, the Company will only hold the formal business portion of the meeting and will postpone the “Business Update” portion until September 2020. Additionally, for stockholders who do not wish to attend in person, they are able to submit a proxy or send voting instructions to their broker.
