LNC - Lincoln National names strategy chief Neczypor as CFO

• Lincoln National ( NYSE: LNC ) said Wednesday it appointed its chief strategy officer Christopher Neczypor as CFO , effective February 17.
• Neczypor will succeed Randal Freitag, who is stepping down. Freitag will remain with Lincoln ( LNC ) through the end of Q1 2023 to ensure a smooth transition.
• With over 20 years of industry experience, Neczypor joined Lincoln ( LNC ) in 2018 as head of investment risk and strategy.
• Tom Faenza, SVP of the office of the CEO, will take on the role of chief strategy officer in addition to his current duties.
• Lincoln ( LNC ) also reported Q4 earnings .
