• Liquid Media Group ( NASDAQ: YVR ) received a notice of default from an institutional investor of a $3.125M, 20% original issue discount convertible debenture that was issued pursuant to a securities purchase agreement and related agreements between the company and the institutional investor on February 22, 2023.
• The institutional investor claims that the company breached the securities purchase agreement by failing to timely file its Form 20-F for the year ended November 30, 2022, with the SEC.
• The stock price is up 4.3% on Wednesday pre-market.
