Ms. Fitzgerald is aseasoned manager with extensive business and equipment financing and leasingproduct expertise.  She brings to theBank 25 years of equipment finance and financial services experience previouslyserving as Senior Vice President, Business Application Development &Support (Equipment Finance & Rail) at First Citizens Bank where she wasresponsible for implementation and oversight of capital investment spendsrelated to the core receivable platform for the Equipment Finance division ofthe Bank.  Prior to that as Senior VicePresident, Strategic Technology & Operations at Finova Capital, LLC, Lisawas the lead responsible for the selection and implementation of the corebusiness technologies needed for support of leasing and lending products withthe organization from inception.  Additionalroles included Director, Technology, Digital Transformation/StrategicInitiatives, and Director, Business Capital at The CIT Group; TSAManager/Contracts Manager, Avolon; and Financial Operations Lead/AerospaceDivestiture Lead and Vice President, Senior Operations Manager at The CITGroup/Transportation Finance in Livingston, NJ.

Ms. Fitzgerald graduatedfrom Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN with a Bachelor of Arts in ManagementInformation Systems.  She holds thecredential of Certified Professional in Business Process Management (CPBPM) fromVillanova University.
