LAD - Lithia Motors & Driveway acquires dealership Planet Honda adds $230M of revenue in Northeast Region

Lithia Motors & Driveway (LAD) has acquired Planet Honda, located in Union, New Jersey with expected annual revenues in excess of $200M.This purchase brings LAD's total annualized revenues acquired to over $6.7B since the launch of its five-year plan ten months ago.
