Adjusted diluted earnings per share for 2023 are now expected to be in the range of $2.55 to $2.75 vs. consensus of $2.59, assuming a fully diluted share count of 54 million for full-year 2023. The Company now estimates that adjusted free cash flow will be in the range of $85 to $105 million.
