Thank you, Candace, and welcome to our conference call and webcast discussing LivaNova's financial results for the first quarter of 2024. Joining me on today's call are Vladimir Makatsaria, our Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors; Alex Shvartsburg, our Chief Financial Officer; Stephanie Bolton, President of Global Epilepsy; and Briana Gatlin, Director of Investor Relations.
