LIVN - LivaNova prices 3.6M-share offering at $82.50

LivaNova (NASDAQ:LIVN) has priced its public offering of 3,636,364 ordinary shares at $82.50/share. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 545,454 shares. Expected net proceeds of ~$280.1M will be used to partially fund the repayment of its existing $450M five-year senior secured term loan. Closing date is August 6. Goldman Sachs, Barclays and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering. Previously (Aug. 2): LivaNova to raise $300M in stock offering
