LiveXLive Media (LIVX) has increased its revenue guidance for FY2022 to $100M-110M vs. consensus of $93.31; expects adjusted operating income of $1.5M-3.0M.The company has refined its revenue guidance for FY2021 to $64.5M-65.5M from previous guidance of $63.5 - $69.5M vs. consensus of $64.09M.Operational metrics and a preliminary financial metric for FY2021:Ended FY 2021 with over 1.075M paid subscribers and has livestreamed over 140 live music events and 1,781 artists (non-duplicated) across the LiveXLive platform, generating over 150M livestream views, as compared to 42 events, 256 artists and over 69M livestream views, a year ago.In Q4 alone, livestream views grew 533% to 38M compared to 6M a year ago.LiveXLive's 24-hour linear OTT streaming channel now reaches over 300M people.PodcastOne now generates more than 2.25B downloads per year, has over 235 exclusive podcast shows and produces more than 400 podcast episodes per week.Total social media reach across the exclusive PodcastOne talent roster now exceeds 240M.LIVX expects
