• LIXTE Biotechnology ( NASDAQ: LIXT ) said on Friday that it had received a Nasdaq notice on regaining compliance with stock exchange's minimum bid price requirement.
• The company was notified of non-compliance last year on June 24 with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.
• The compliance was achieved after the company made effective 1-for-10 reverse stock split on Jun.2, 2023.
• The stock exchange noted that the matter is now closed .
