Colgate-Palmolive ( NYSE: CL ) said Tuesday that Lorrie Norrington will become lead independent director of the company's board, effective March 1, 2023.
Norrington will succeed Stephen Sadove, the current lead independent director.
Sadove will remain on the audit and personnel and organization committees of Colgate's board of directors.
